Order Cancellation

Customers who wish to cancel an order must submit their request within 12 hours of placing the order.

The cancellation request should include:

  • Customer’s full name.
  • Order number.
  • Contact information used during checkout.
  • Product or products to be cancelled.
  • Reason for requesting the cancellation.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee approval. An order is considered cancelled only after the Company provides written confirmation.

Requests received after the 12-hour cancellation period will not be accepted. Orders that have already been processed, prepared, packed or dispatched are also not eligible for cancellation.

Refusing to receive a parcel does not constitute an approved cancellation. If an eligible paid order is successfully cancelled, any approved refund will generally be processed through the original payment method. The actual processing period may depend on the relevant bank or payment service provider.

The Company reserves the right to cancel an order if:

  • The purchased product is unavailable.
  • Payment cannot be verified.
  • The price or product information contains an obvious error.
  • The customer’s delivery information is incomplete or invalid.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected.
  • The order cannot reasonably be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
